What are VIP tickets?
A limited number of VIP tickets are available for this year’s Springball. VIP guests will receive queue jump, access to an exclusive VIP lounge, a champagne and canapé reception, a meet and greet with the Headliner and guaranteed access to the main stage during their performance.
Where does the £1 charity donation go?
This year, the charity donations raised will go to the independent charity Student Community Action, which co-ordinates student volunteering within Cambridge.
When does the ball open and end?
Doors will be open from 8pm to 10pm. The ball will end at 3am.
How do I pay by cheque?
Cheques should be made out to 'Churchill College Spring Ball' and posted in the Spring Ball pigeon hole in Churchill Porters lodge. You must put your CRSid, college and who the ticket(s) you are purchasing are for on the back of the cheque. If we do not have names, we cannot print tickets.
How do I pay by Debit/Credit Card?
Simply follow the instructions on this site. Debit/Credit Card payments will be taken through Stripe. There will be a small admin charge for using this payment option.
How do I pay on my college bill?
If you are a member of Churchill College then you can pay on your college bill via the website. We will verify your identity using the university's Raven authentication system and charge your college account. Both options are only available until 4th December 2015.
Do you do refunds?
No refunds can be given for Churchill Spring Ball tickets. See below for selling your ticket.
Can I sell my ticket?
You can sell your ticket on, but you must notify me via email who you are selling it to. Switching names requires a large amount of work, so a £10 admin charge will be billed. The deadline for name changes is Saturday, 6th February 2016.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
We can print out another ticket for you, at the cost of an £10 admin charge. If you lose your ticket very close to the ball then you can pick it up on the night.
Will tickets be sold on the night?
If there are spare tickets available, they will be sold on the doors, but at a significantly increased price. It is much safer and cheaper to buy beforehand.
What date do you stop selling tickets?
23:59 Thursday February 11th 2016, if you don't get tickets before this time, you still may be able to purchase them on the door. However, we only have a fixed amount of tickets though and they might sell out earlier.
When will I get my ticket?
Tickets can be collected from Churchill College Bar from 6:30-7:30 from the 8th to the 12th February or you can pick them at the door on the night of the ball.
Are there group discounts?
Get yourself and at least four other friends for discounted tickets! email email@example.com to request the discount and/or more information. Group discount are available after 4th of December 2015.
What do I have to do if I want to work at Churchill Spring Ball 2016?
Please go to the Employment page. Log in or register and fill in the application form. We will then come back to you for an interview.
What are the conditions for working at Churchill Spring Ball 2016?
Shifts on the night will run from 7pm to 3am and every worker will get two half-hour breaks during which you can enjoy the Ball. You will also receive a complimentary t-shirt which you’ll be able to cherish forever. Workers will be paid £40 (£55 for supervisors) for the night and will be required to hand in a deposit cheque that will be returned on completion of the shift.
