You can pick up your ticket at the following times.
Please bring some form of photo ID like your student card. You can collect your own ticket and any ticket you have paid for. If you want someone else to pick up your ticket, you must email me from the email you used to sign up for your ticket.
Cheques should be made out to 'Churchill College Spring Ball' and posted in the Spring Ball pigeon hole in Churchill Porters lodge. It is very important you do not use the pigeon hole in the main post room. You must put your CRSid, college and who the ticket(s) you are purchasing are for on the back of the cheque. If we do not have names, we cannot print tickets.
Simply follow the instructions on this site. You don't need a Paypal account to pay by debit or credit card through Paypal. There will be a small admin charge for using this payment option.
If you are a member of Churchill College then you can pay on your college bill simply by filling out a Spring Ball form from the porters lodge and putting it in the Spring Ball pigeon hole there. This can only be done in Michaelmas term.
No refunds can be given for Churchill Spring Ball tickets. See below for selling your ticket.
You can sell your ticket on, but you must notify me via email who you are selling it to. Switching names requires a large amount of work, so an £8 admin charge will be billed.
We can print out another ticket for you, at the cost of an £8 admin charge. If you lose your ticket very close to the ball then you can pick it up on the night.

If there are spare tickets available, they will be sold on the doors, but at a significantly increased price. It is much safer and cheaper to buy beforehand.
23:59 February 8th, if you don't get tickets before this time, you still may be able to purchase them on the door.
Tickets will be printed in the beginning of lent term. They can be picked up from Churchill College or you can pick them at the door on the night of the ball.
If you can get 10 people from outside Churchill College to buy tickets then you can claim a half price ticket. And if you can get 20 people or more to buy tickets then we will give you a free ticket.
All you need to do is fill in this form. You will need to provide us with the cheques and the form in one envelope, and write on the back of each cheque the name, college and CRSid. Please send these into the Spring Ball pigeon hole in the Porters' Lodge.The organiser of the group needs to sign the back of the form, and provide us with their phone number.
