When does the ball open and end?
Doors will be open from 8pm to 10pm. The ball will end at 3am.
How do I pay by cheque?
Cheques should be made out to 'Churchill College Spring Ball' and posted in the Spring Ball pigeon hole in Churchill Porters lodge. It is very important you do not use the pigeon hole in the main post room. You must put your CRSid, college and who the ticket(s) you are purchasing are for on the back of the cheque. If we do not have names, we cannot print tickets.
How do I pay by Paypal?
Simply follow the instructions on this site. You don't need a Paypal account to pay by debit or credit card through Paypal. There will be a small admin charge for using this payment option.
How do I pay on my college bill?
If you are a member of Churchill College then you can pay on your college bill simply by filling out a Spring Ball form from the porters lodge and putting it in the Spring Ball pigeon hole there. This can only be done in Michaelmas term.
Do you do Refunds?
No refunds can be given for Churchill Spring Ball tickets. See below for selling your ticket.
Can I sell my ticket?
You can sell your ticket on, but you must notify me via email who you are selling it to. Switching names requires a large amount of work, so an £8 admin charge will be billed.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
We can print out another ticket for you, at the cost of an £8 admin charge. If you lose your ticket very close to the ball then you can pick it up on the night.
Will tickets be sold on the night?
If there are spare tickets available, they will be sold on the doors, but at a significantly increased price. It is much safer and cheaper to buy beforehand.
What date do you stop selling tickets?
23:59 Wednesday February 13th, if you don't get tickets before this time, you still may be able to purchase them on the door.
When will I get my ticket?
Tickets can be collected from Churchill College Bar from 6:30-7:30 from the 4th to the 8th February or you can pick them at the door on the night of the ball.
Are there group discounts?
Get yourself and four other friends to come and tickets will be sold at a DISCOUNTED price of £69!
Simply fill in this form with at least 5 names. Place the form in an envelope with cheque(s) for the 5 tickets, which can be paid separately or together, and put it in the Spring Ball pigeon hole in the porter's lodge at Churchill College.
